Queen Anne style home built in 1892. This was the first house built for the Altamonte Springs Historical Society. After seeing this house, I was so impressed with the possibility of what a perfect miniature it would make, that I decided to do it even if the Historical Society decided not to purchase it. It is made entirely form pictures and actual measurements of the outside of the house. The scale used is 1/36, one inch equals three feet. It took four hundred hours to build and is now on display at the Altamonte Springs Library, Altamonte Springs, FL. The model is 26" long , 20" wide and 12.5" high.
